“”Smallville” & “Supernatural” RENEWED (Translation: SAVED!) On And By The NEW CW TV Network!” Aquaman” Gets The AX!”

WE are breathing one HUGE sigh of immense relief, over the WONDERFUL news that BOTH “Smallville” (one of OUR favorite TV shows!) and “Supernatural” (a keeper too!), have BOTH been OFFICIALLY RENEWED and brought on board the inaugural season of the new CW Television Network, reports scifi.com and “The Hollywood Reporter”!
Both “Smallville” and “Supernatural” formerly called the WB TV Network their home until the WB’s demise this year, paving way for its rebirth as the newly christened CW TV Network.
There has been much speculation that the CW TV Network may not have renewed either show, and in particular, the fans, cast, and crew of the much loved, critically and fan acclaimed, five year strong, “Smallville” were literally holding their collective breaths until the official ok came from the powers that be at the CW.
Fans can get out their hankies and all cry and shed a BIG TEAR though, over the greatly anticipated “Aquaman” pilot, "Mercy Reef", the spin-off from “Smallville”, as superherohype.com and Variety report that the CW Network PASSED on our water loving hero and is NOT, we REPEAT, NOT picking the show up as was initially thought to be a done deal!
WE ask YOU, the fans, to EMAIL and WRITE the CW Network, letting them know, that YOU INDEED, want this eagerly awaited spin-off and it’s hero from Atlantis, “Aquaman”, to see the TV broadcast light of day!
WE don't want "Aquaman" to be all washed up!
Congratulations to the casts and crews of “Smallville”, which will now be entering its 6th season, and of “Supernatural”!
