Yes, “Spider-Man” fans! “Spider-Man 3” NOW has LAUNCHED its own OFFICIAL WEBSITE!!!!

On the MAIN PAGE, Be SURE to LISTEN too, for the SOUNDS of a foreboding storm, complete with THUNDER, POURING RAIN, and even TRAFFIC HORNS and POLICE SIRENS coming from the city streets, far below our beloved “Spider-Man”, who sits high above the blackened nighttime metropolis!!!!

You will see on the main page, what has become the now mythic image, of a darkly mysterious, enigmatic, photo of presumably….“Spider-Man” in a black costume, though WE speculated in our own coverage that this photo MAY be a teaser of “Spider-Man” donning a black costume to merely fool Venom….or, perhaps it even IS Venom, sporting his signature black costume!

WHOEVER wears this costume on the main page, looks as if they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders, perched high atop a skyscraper, in the bleak, sheets of never ending rain in the dark of night.

As we reflected upon before in our February 24, 2006 article, when this photo of Spidey donning a black costume first appeared on the original “Spider-Man” Official Website, we then said….

Could this spell and foreshadow what lies ahead for “Spider-Man” in the 3rd installment of the “Spider-Man” film franchise?

What gloom and doom could make our always plucky, Peter Parker/Spidey take to wearing a blacker than the coldest night, costume?

Could some insidious Uber Villain (s) have caused some horrible fate to befall our Hero….or those that he loves?

Could “Spider-Man” be pondering Uncle Ben’s (who makes a MOMENTOUS return in spiritual form to guide Peter/Spidey in “Spider-Man 3”), iconic words, “With great power, comes great responsibility”, but now know and feel the massive, daunting weight of the world on his shoulders in bearing the brunt and costs of that responsibility?

Oh, please! It’s probably just VENOM, down in the doldrums after losing a battle with our Heroic Spidey!!!! (Well it IS a thought worth pondering!)
