Well, we ARE impressed! We have some EXCELLENT Super Hero News updates we are happy to ceremoniously deliver to YOU!

The March 2006 issue of “Dreamwatch Magazine” reports that the amazing snippet of music score that you already are hearing in the promotional movie trailers for “X-Men: The Last Stand”, is the work of respected motion picture composer, John Powell, who has come on board to compose the entire score for “X-Men: The Last Stand”.

Powell has quite an esteemed resume, having scored such notable films as “The Bourne Identity”, “The Bourne Supremacy”, “Agent Cody Banks”, “Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London”, “Robots”, “Face/Off”, “The Italian Job”, and “Mr. And Mrs. Smith”.

If the entire “X-Men: The Last Stand” score, sounds as incredible and is imbued with as much resonant emotional depth, conviction, and power, matching and elevating the story, visuals, dialogue, and action, as what we have been hearing and seeing in the promotional movie trailers, then you might want to start saving your pennies to buy what should prove to be a stunning and striking movie soundtrack!

“Dreamwatch Magazine” also reports that one of our FAVORITE, Comic Book Super Heroes, the sword and sorcery super powered “Witchblade”, will be made into no less than TWO major motion pictures!

A DOUBLE, big screen deal for “Witchblade” is already in the works (we can’t wait to see who will be cast in the title role!), with production of both flicks to be done “back to back”, on location in China with a hefty budget of $40 million.

We STILL are a HUGE fan of the short lived TNT Cable Television Network’s live action “Witchblade” TV series, which ran from 2001-2002, (and the 2000 made for TV film that spawned the TV series), starring Amazonian Beauty, raspy voiced, vixen actress, Yancy Butler in the starring role as NYPD, Detective Sara Pezzini, who each week, fought the good fight, against the darkest forces of evil, with the help of a magic powered, ancient gauntlet, the Witchblade, that when slipped on and worn by Sara, would infuse her with mystical, otherworldly, Super Powers that enabled her to kick the most villainous of butts!

So, it’s a sure bet, if done right and written, directed, cast, and translated properly to the silver screen, that “Witchblade” should ROCK, big time!

And that’s the latest and greatest from Super Hero, Hollywood Central!
