"Alias" Finale Promises To Go Out With A Bang & Answers!

“”Alias” Finale Promises To Go Out With A Bang & Answers!”

Get out your Kleenex and hankies because International Super Spy, Sydney Bristow and her cult fan favorite TV series, “Alias” is about to bid you a fond farewell, forever.

The series, which was recently cancelled, and which airs on the ABC Television Network, has had its share of well written story highs and sluggish, hiccupping story arc lows, but we love it all the same and the world somehow seemed a little bit safer, and certainly cooler, with bad ass, martial arts expert, chameleon, woman of a thousand faces/disguises/identities, stylish, chic, oh so sexy, Agent Bristow in it, taking on and dispatching the world’s nastiest Super villains!

“Alias’s” final episodes will start Wednesday, April 19, 2006 (yeah! We know, it was SUPPOSED to start in March!), but that’s the decision of the big shots behind the show. (Plus, star, actress, Jennifer Garner has been on maternity leave for her new born baby girl Violet, with hubby, actor, Ben Affleck), so you’re just going to have to hang tight!

The return episode set (for now) for April 19, will be a 2 hour episode, beginning at 8:00 pm EST.

The powers behind the show tell Zap2it.com that Sydney’s long time true love, Agent Michael Vaughn, portrayed by actor, Michael Vartan (who Garner dated in real life before finding romance and wedded bliss with Affleck), and who was killed off earlier this season, (some say because Affleck was jealous of the on screen lip locks between Garner and former flame Vartan), will supposedly return.

We still have no confirmation as to whether we can breathe a sigh of relief that Vaughn is actually alive, or if he will only appear via a flashback. We prefer the former, as we always thought that Agents Vaughn and Bristow made the perfect, snogging Super Spy couple and their canoodling, passionate chemistry, easily had enough explosive power to take out Uber Villain, Arvin Sloane, the covert operation, SD-6 and that silly old floating, gigantic Rambaldi ball of whatever the heck of evil something it was!

The still confusing mess of untied string known as the Rambaldi Prophecy will come into play and see its completion fulfilled? (Sorry, we have to put a question mark because we’ve heard this all before, like how many times?)

Actors, Bradley Cooper and Gina Torres will come back to reprise their roles as Will Tippin and Anna Espinosa.

We just hope that a show filled with so much super cool, cloak and dagger, science fiction meets intrigue and espionage meets action/thriller, promise, that lasted for 5 years and gathered so many devoted fans, will go out on top, leaving fans satisfied with loose story ends and riddles finally, neatly wound up, Sydney reconciling with dear old Dad, Agent Jack Bristow, and Sydney and Vaughn at last finding and fulfilling romantic, wedded bliss, (remember Vaughn proposed to Sydney in the Season 4 Finale)!

In any case, we DO hope that the dazzling Jennifer Garner, who made us smile with her FAB transition to the silver screen with such great flicks, as “13 Going On 30” and of course, as the combustive, mesmerizing, fiery Greek, red leather clad, mistress of martial arts master, Super Hero, Elektra Natchios, in “Daredevil” and reprising her role, starring in the movie spin off, “Elektra”, will continue to share her sparkling talents with us on the big screen.

We wish all the very best to Jennifer, as well as the entire, talented cast and crew of “Alias”, in particular, actor, Michael Vartan (what a charming Hottie, especially co-starring opposite actress, Drew Barrymore, in the film, “Never Been Kissed), and esteemed actor, Victor Garber (who portrayed the architect of the doomed ship in the blockbuster film, “Titanic” and who has a lengthy resume as a Broadway musical star, song and dance man!)

In the meantime, mark your calendars and schedule your “Alias” goodbye parties. It’s been a blast and we’ll miss you, “Alias”!

But, remember, “Alias” will live on forever with fans!!!!, with DVD’s of the entire 5 seasons, the Official “Alias” Fan Magazine, and the “Alias” OFFICIAL WEBSITE BELOW, which is loaded with cool super sleuth stuff to keep you going long after the show sees its end.
