“USA Today” collared an exclusive interview with “X-Men” film Producer Lauren Shuler Donner who says that the “Wolverine” spin-off film will be the FIRST in the “X-Men” film spin-offs!!!!

YES, beloved Aussie actor, “X-Men” film trilogy star, Hugh Jackman, IS CONFIRMED to STAR, reprising his signature role as Logan/Wolverine, and Jackman is also co-producing!!!!

........(WE would like to note that if YOU WATCH, the "X-Men: The Last Stand" one hour BEHIND THE SCENES TV Special, "X-Men 3 & Beyond" repeated TONIGHT, Friday, 6/2/2006, and TOMORROW, Saturday 6/3/2006 on the TV Guide Channel Television Network.....

......Hugh Jackman, himself, says in an EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW that HE is personally, ALREADY working on the "Wolverine" spin-off film and that the 2nd draft script is done!!!!)

Shuler tells “USA Today” that the film, which will hopefully start filming in 2007, will most likely concentrate on Wolverine’s backstory, including how he gained his adamantium coated skeleton and claws.

“USA Today” also spoke to Hutch Parker, President of Production at 20th Century Fox, who says that, “We’ve also talked about doing something on the kids in (Professor X’s) school, focusing on their lives, and less of a global adventure for the team.”

….20th Century Fox is also looking into plans for both a Magneto Prequel film, starring Sir Ian McKellen, reprising his role from the original “X-Men” film trilogy, and….

….Also a feature film centered on another “X-Men” fan favorite character, the sexy telepathic Emma Frost, who can morph her skin into diamonds!!!!
